At TSE FIT, our doors are open to golfers at each stage, from those seeking to optimize their physical conditioning to veterans returning to the course stronger and injury-free. Our programs are designed with a universal truth in mind: every golfer deserves to play their best game, free from the limitations of pain or injury. We specialize in creating tailored training strategies that not only cater to the unique demands of golf but also to the individual needs of our clients.
Understanding that the journey back to peak performance or stepping up one's game requires more than just hard work—it demands smart, scientifically-informed training, which is at the core of what we do. TSE FIT is committed to helping you achieve your goals.
Tyler’s Story
My origin story started in 2007; I competed in multiple sports at a high level (baseball, golf, and paintball). I played travel baseball, competed as a scratch golfer, and played tournament-level paintball. I was undersized and outmatched (100lbs soaking wet at a staggering 5ft 2inches).
My father introduced me to the gym to help me build muscle and strength. I quickly fell in love with being in the gym and training hard! I spent most of high school trying different programs I found online! Unsurprisingly, I was gaining muscle and getting stronger; unfortunately, this came at the expense of chronic injuries.
I was ego-lifting and didn’t know any better. My body started aching, and I felt tired all the time. I injured my back and shoulder (herniated disc and labrum tear). I didn’t know it then, but I was overtraining, not focusing on form, and learning the “hard way.”
I spent the next nine years learning how to “fix” my body. I went on and pursued my education as a Fitness Professional, earning (2) degrees in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida (M.S., B.S.), (2) Division one strength and conditioning experiences, and passing TPI’s Level 1 and 2 Golf Fitness Specialist certifications. I founded TSE FIT in 2019 to help golfers lose weight, gain mobility/strength, and play pain-free!
